会议背景：

近些年，智能制造成为全球范围内各个行业讨论的焦点话题。如何将走在自动化生产前沿的半导体制造业同AI和 Machine Learning结合，改善工艺结果，做更好的智能制造，也是各大先进芯片制造厂的重要课题之一。可是这些所有的模型建立，数据分析，生产过程优化，都需要大量的优质数据的支持。2005年，第一版Interface A/EDA (Equipment Data Acquisition) 标准的发布，标志着半导体制造业正式开始探索从设备上收集大数据，并用于实际生产的优化。近年来中国台湾，新加坡，韩国的多家芯片制造厂逐渐部署了Interface A/EDA的平台，并且得到了显著的成果。

目前，我国正在大力推进制造强国建设，中国作为最有潜力的半导体制造基地，也同样是智能制造发展的最佳沃土。SEMI China希望能够吸收国际先进的技术经验，可以为整个行业对智能制造的实现添加助力。Cimetrix专注于半导体工厂自动化软件领域30余年，积极参与领导EDA标准的制定，推动EDA标准在多个芯片制造厂的实施。此次研讨会旨在提供一个开放的交流分享机会。共同探讨如何用从设备获取好的数据，如何将这些数据用于生产制造智能化。
